What is the process?

There are 4 very simple steps to getting your iPhone repaired:

  1. Book your iPhone repair
    Choose the repair you need then place your booking through the website or over the phone On completion of your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your booking with a postal label that you can cut off and affix to your packing.
  2. Send your broken iPhone in to us
    Package your iPhone carefully with some bubblewrap and put it in a jiffy bag along with a copy of your e-mail confirmation (here is a video showing how to package your iPhone). Affix the supplied postage label and post your package to us using a suitable service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery -– your iPhone is then insured, should it get lost £500 (this has never happened!)
  3. We repair your iPhone
    When we receive your iPhone for repair we will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know that we have received it. We will then repair it in the specified timescale.
  4. We return your repaired iPhone
    We will ship your fixed iPhone to the address you provided on your original order. We send all iPhones using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
