What is the process?

The process is very simple. All you need to do is book your iPhone/iPad/iPod repair through the website – simply choose the repair you need. On completion of your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your booking with a postal label that you can cut off and affix to your envelope.

Package your iDevice carefully with some bubblewrap and put it in a jiffy bag along with a copy of your e-mail confirmation. Affix the supplied postage label and post your package to us using a suitable service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery -– your iDevice is then insured for loss up to £500.

When we receive your iDevice for repair we will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know that we have received it. We will then repair it in the specified timescale and return it to the address you provided on your original order. We send all iPhones using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery unless you specify the Tracked 24 option.

Shall I remove my SIM?

You can remove your SIM before sending it. We don't need your SIM card for any of our iPhone/iPad/iPod repairs.

How do I package my iDevice?

We recommend some bubblewrap, and then an A4 jiffy bag doubled over, or alternatively a box.

How long does it take?

Our standard turnaround time is within the same day we receive your device. Sometimes if we are exceptionally busy it may take us 24 hours to repair your iDevice.

Is the repair guaranteed?

Yes, your repair is guaranteed for 100 days. 

What if you cannot repair my iPhone?

  • We are confident that if you have booked the correct repair for your iPhone we will be able to repair it. If you book an iPhone repair but the fault is something else which cannot be repaired we will refund all your money apart from £19.99 which is our standard diagnostic charge. If you book our diagnostic service and your iPhone cannot be repaired or you choose to not proceed with the repair that is quoted the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.

Do you offer a drop-in service?

We offer a drop in service, bring your iDevice to our offices and we can repair usually within the hour.

What if I change my mind?

You have the right to cancel your contract with us within seven days. If you notify us within seven days that you want to cancel your repair service you will be refunded your payment.
