The process is very simple. All you need to do is book your iPhone/iPad/iPod repair through the website – simply choose the repair you need. On completion of your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your booking with a postal label that you can cut off and affix to your envelope.
Package your iDevice carefully with some bubblewrap and put it in a jiffy bag along with a copy of your e-mail confirmation. Affix the supplied postage label and post your package to us using a suitable service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery -– your iDevice is then insured for loss up to £500.
Alternatively, if you have selected to have a repair box sent out to you, wait for the arrival of this. When you receive your repair box, package your iDevice in the provided box and take this to a post office. The postage is paid so there will be no payment due.
When we receive your iDevice for repair we will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know that we have received it. We will then repair it in the specified timescale and return it to the address you provided on your original order. We send all iPhones using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery unless you specify the Special Delivery option.
You can remove your SIM before sending it. We don't need your SIM card for any of our iPhone/iPad/iPod repairs.
We recommend some bubblewrap, and then an A4 jiffy bag doubled over, or alternatively a box. Please do not send your iPhone in an iPhone box as it will not be returned.
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours (from the time we receive your iPhone) although we repair 80% of devices same day. For an extra fee you can upgrade your service to guarantee it is repaired the day we receive it.
