What is the process?

The process is simple – choose the repair you require from the drop down menu, add to your cart then checkout.

I don’t know what is wrong

We have a diagnosis service which is £19.99 if you do not know what is wrong. This is deducted from the final repair charge.

What happens after I have booked the repair?

You will then receive an e-mail confirmation from us with your order number and our address details and further instructions.

What is the courier collection?

If you require your device to be collected by courier please select this option. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable time for the device to be collected.

How long does is take?

We aim to repair all devices the day we receive them with the exception of water damage which takes 24-48 hours.

How should I post my device?

We recommend Royal Mail recorded or Special Delivery.

Water damage price and procedure

The standard water damage repair charge is £19.99. This includes the disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of the logic board of your iPhone. It does not include any new parts that may be required to repair the iPhone. If further parts are required for the repair to be successful we will contact you before carrying out these repairs.
This is a 3-day minimum service because of the time required to clean the logic board.
This is not a guaranteed repair to a water damaged device.
This is a non-refundable charge.

What is a full refurbishment?

On the iPhone 4 we replace all parts apart from the logic board, camera and battery. On the iPhone 5 onwards we replace the back housing and front screen. We can also repair some internal parts should they need it.

Does a full refurbishment repair water damage/logic board issues?

No, these would need to be treated differently.
