When I smashed my iPhone screen I was devastated, not least because I dont have £700 to buy a new one. My husband looked on-line for a repair kit but I said I wasnt going to tackle it myself. So I found iPhone Surgery.Their service is second to none. Top communications throughout (thanks Chris Zammett) and my iPhone was repaired beautifully and back with me within four days. This slight delay was due to a mistake by Royal Mail and in no way the fault of iPhone Surgery. I have already recommended them to the lady who works in the local shop who smashed her iPhone yesterday. Hopefully I wont have to use them again but if I have another episode of butterfingers Ill be back in touch with them like a shot. Thank you!

After deciding to go up the mountain on the day that we had severe gales here in Wales, I managed to get my phone wet - even though it was in my jacket. That day I had a feeling to leave the mobile at home!Anyway, got back to find that it didnt switch on and knew the phone should be dried out etc. but also didnt have the necessary kit to take apart to help with the drying process...and hadnt backed up files. Subsequently I then bought i-revive to try and fix it for myself but shouldnt have bothered. Anyone who knows of this product knows it is literally just alcohol with a free toothbrush! So, having realised that my handy work had worked up to a point, there was something else amiss.So I Googled something like phone repair and these guys came up. I thought the phone couldnt be salvaged to be honest. But, I paid the £19.99 for water damage and then later, after they emailed me, £29.99 for the battery (which turned out was the problem). I paid extra for postage but it was worth it obviously and I knew that from all the reviews I had seen prior to sending the phone off.Would recommend them to anyone who has got their phone wet and doesnt know where to take it!!!! And remember dont panic, dont switch it on and call these guys straight away..hasta pronto lol

If you ever need your iphone sorted, come to IPhone Surgery they have been brilliant. I emailed first to get an idea about them. Luckily my sister in law works in offices next door, so I asked her if they were real.....sorry...but you just dont know these days. They are and the phone is back, nothing lost at all. The cost of the repair of my iPad 2 screen was the most competitive I found (and less than my insurance excess). The service was excellent and when the first replacement screen had a small black mark on it they repaired within three days (including postage time) with absolutely no quibbles or comments. My 3 year old iphone 4 was playing up - the Home button was only responding intermittently or it needed to be pressed very hard to get it to work. I had considered trying to fix it myself as Id found a few Youtube videos showing how to do it. But the prospect to mess it up and end up with a totally kaput phone made me think twice about a DIY job. So I Googled IPhone repairers and IPhone Surgery came up. I liked the look of the website and the layout and choice menus were simple to follow. The price of a repair for the home button was in the same ball park as other companies and the reviews from customers were very positive. I have to agree they surpassed my expectations. They emailed when the phone was received, emailed when it was dispatched and it arrived back home having been away from me for 4 days including SatSun safe and sound and in full working order. So a BIG thumbs up for Iphone Surgery -)

I sent my phone (broken power button) to i-phone surgery on the recommendation of a friend, he had received very quick service. I sent it on Monday, got an email from them on Tuesday saying they had received it. I was expecting a quick turnaround as mentioned on their website.I had heard nothing from them by Thursday, so I emailed them through the contact form on the website. No reply. I called and was told the part was out of stock, it would be in on Friday so I would receive the phone on Saturday. Saturday came and went, no phone. I called again on Monday, the parts were now in. I received the phone back on Tuesday, eight days after I sent it. Now thats not terrible, but nowhere near the 24 hour turnaround I was expecting, and I was kept in the dark the whole time - I had to chase to get any info, and was given the wrong info when I did. No indication on the website that the part was out of stock when I booked the repair.On the plus side, they did refund my queue jump fee that I had paid.

Having attempted to do a screen replacement on my wifes ipad 2 I needed help to get me out of the dog house. Sent off the ipad, they kept me informed by email all the way. There was a delay in getting it back due to Royal Mail. Very easy to contact on the phone with good customer service. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. The ipad is as good as new!

I was amazed at the speed of turnaround. I posted it on Monday afternoon and it was repaired and on its way back on Tuesday afternoon. I wish I had paid the extra postage, as it took two days to arrive, but thats no fault of Iphone Surgery.

I got their number from a friend after Apple decided to make me wait for 3 days until they could sort it and was give 2 different prices depending on what was wrong as I also run my business from the phone that made 3 days look like 3 months. Went to the iPhone surgery at 9am the next day and by 9.40am I was complete with working phone.The price was good and the service exceptional, very friendly and helpful staff, I personally would recommend them to anyone in the Banbury area, Thank you

I have no idea why Apple will not repair ipads £256 to replace what is otherwise a perfect machine is just crazy. Cannot fault the job iphone surgery have done on my daughters ipad, it looks brand new again for a fraction the price of our friends at apple. Back in our hands too after 4 days even allowing for 48 hour delivery, doesnt really get any better than that.

I posted an iPad with a cracked screen to iPhone Surgery on Monday, received an email to acknowledge safe receipt of it on the Tuesday morning, received another email later that day to confirm it had been mended and dispatched to me and it arrived back on Thursday morning of the same week. Cant really ask for more than that.

6 Months ago my 1st generation ipad developed a fault, a 2inch band of distortion across the screen. Apple informed me it was not worth repairing and showed me a new ipad mini, as did two other independent repairers. Using Google I discovered that it was a common fault with this early model.I found iphone -surgery while filling out another revue(for dog food) on Trustpilot and after looking at their website decided to book my ipad in. Following their instructions was easy and I was advised to book it in to see if it could be repaired, the cost deducted off the final bill if it could.They e-mailed to say it had arrived, then again to say it could be repaired. They e-mailed to say it had been despatched and Royal mail e-mailed to say it would be delivered today (4thOct)I posted it on the 30th Sept, it arrived back 4th Oct.Wish I had found you earlier, as when I was told it was beyond repair......I bought a Samsung Tablet, no were near as slick as the ipad whatever the age. I smashed the screen on my iPhone 4, and found the iPhone surgery on the internet, Id never smashed my phone screen before and so didnt know if £49 was expensive or not, however I would pay this again simply for the speed with which they fixed my phone. The iPhone Surgery had my phone fixed and on its way back to me the day it arrived, and their frequent email notifications helped put my mind at ease. I would definitely use this service again.

Approached several firms to repair my Ipad 3 screen.The communication from Chris at the iphone surgery was excellent.They also offered one of the best prices and said they would post it to me on holiday overseas.Ipad came back very quickly and the screen has proven to be excellent.I would use these guys again , if I'm every foolish enough to balance my Ipad under my arm, whilst trying to open the car door. Very good service and email updates were an added bonus. Repair work was very good and would recommend as a trusted iphone repair company.Initial diagnosis could do with improvement as it seems to be primarily down to gut instinct based on previous issues seen, rather than actual analysis of the failed unit, that they have received.However I have no issues with the repairs undertaken and the price was reasonable.

Having cracked my iphone 4S screen found this company based in Banbury, Oxon on the internet with a drop in repair service. I called them up and they said no problem. I drove from Bedford and arrived just after eleven thirty. Given I had some time restraints they said it would be ready by two and sure enough it was. Really helpful good service. What more could I want. Oh yes a reasonable price as well.

Member of staff seemed a little surprised when I asked for a receipt to confirm I had left my iPad there, I would of thought that is a fairly standard request that I have some sort of paperwork. It was fixed same day which was good as it had a cracked screen but then found that the 3G no longer worked which is very disappointing, I called them today and the guy just said, bring it back in and well have another look. Its good he offered that but no apology or recognition that this would be very inconvenient as I use it daily for work.

Had an ipad and an iphone with cracked screens, Paid to have Ipad front screen replaced and both front and back screens on the iphone. Both returned very promptly, but they had forgotten to do the back screen on the phone. Rather than waste time sending the phone away again, they offered to post a new back, with a tool to change it but they didnt offer to refund the labour charge! Not sure if I would trust them to get it right next time.

Sent phone in as completely dead and paid for charging port to be fixed. Posted it on thurs got email mon am to say it also needed new battery so had to pay another £35. Phone fixed and returned Wed. Good reliable service though did cost more than I expected

The speaker went dead on my phone for ages and looking online the iphone surgery seemed the most popular and close by to the station in central London - the building was an office block on Throgmorton street and the company had a different name on the reception floor board than Iphone surgery (cant remember what it was) which made me a bit worried when I left the place having left a £400 phone with someone I had never met before... but they booked it in and did the job for only £35. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend it to anybody. they just need to change the name of their company of the reception board.... Phone works perfectly now.
