Grade A plus is as new condition having been the subject of a full refurbishment. All parts replaced and cosmetically as new.
Grade A is very good, or as new condition. Little or no cosmetic marks. May have had parts replaced.
Stock classed as grade B have minimal cosmetic wear. Minimal cosmetic wear would amount to minor scratches to the casing of the device and signs that it had been used previously. Grade B is used to class items that are in extremely good condition but do not have new, flawless parts.
Our 12 month warranty is in place to protect our customers against unforeseen faults with a purchased product. Electronics by nature are prone to developing faults for no specific reason and as such we protect our customers by offering to repair or replace their purchase within 12 months.
Your warranty covers all areas of device hardware failure. Our warranty covers all costs (excluding postage to repair facility). The 12 month warranty does not however cover damage caused by the consumer. Accidental damage (dropping, pressure/impact damage), water damage, tampering or misuse of a purchased product will void your warranty of the device. Cosmetic damage caused by the consumer is also not covered by the 3 month warranty.
This means the iPhone can accept any sim card from any network. It is permanently unlocked.
The process is simple – choose the repair you require from the drop down menu, add to your cart then checkout.
We have a diagnosis service which is £19.99 if you do not know what is wrong. This is deducted from the final repair charge.
You will then receive an e-mail confirmation from us with your order number and our address details and further instructions.
If you require your device to be collected by courier please select this option. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable time for the device to be collected.
We aim to repair all devices the day we receive them with the exception of water damage which takes 24-48 hours.
We recommend Royal Mail recorded or Special Delivery.

On the iPhone 4 we replace all parts apart from the logic board, camera and battery. On the iPhone 5 onwards we replace the back housing and front screen. We can also repair some internal parts should they need it.
