The Repair Process
What is the process?
There are 4 very simple steps to getting your iPhone repaired:
- Book your iPhone repair
Choose the repair you need then place your booking through the website or over the phone On completion of your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your booking with a postal label that you can cut off and affix to your packing. - Send your broken iPhone in to us
Package your iPhone carefully with some bubblewrap and put it in a jiffy bag along with a copy of your e-mail confirmation (here is a video showing how to package your iPhone). Affix the supplied postage label and post your package to us using a suitable service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery -– your iPhone is then insured, should it get lost £500 (this has never happened!) - We repair your iPhone
When we receive your iPhone for repair we will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know that we have received it. We will then repair it in the specified timescale.
- We return your repaired iPhone
We will ship your fixed iPhone to the address you provided on your original order. We send all iPhones using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
