Service times:

We have our two service times, standard and express. Our standard service time is 48 hours from when we receive your device at our office for repair. If you book the express service option we will repair your device the day we receive it. Service times do not include delivery times to and from our office.

The water damage service takes a minimum 72 hours to process the device.

Walk-In Repairs:

We operate a walk in repair service in all our offices. No appointment is necessary, you can just turn up. Our express charge is applicable if you would like your device repaired the same day. If you would like to check stock of parts at any of our offices please use the contact form at the top of the page.

Where is my device?

You will receive an email at various stages through the repairs process letting you know exactly where your device is.

Courier delivery:

If you select our 24 hour courier delivery service your device will be shipped to you with Interlink. If you provide a mobile phone number and/or e-mail address this will include regular delivery updates and a 1 hour delivery window. Interlink deliver on weekdays between 9.00 am – 5.00 pm.

Courier collections:

We operate a courier collection for all our repairs. If you book the courier collection your device will be collected from the shipping address – we will contact you beforehand to arrange a convenient time. The device will arrive with us 24 hours after it is collected.

We use interlink for our courier collections and if you provide us with a mobile number they will send a notification text with the time of the collection.

How do I package my device?

We recommend some bubblewrap, and a box or alternatively a large padded envelope.

Do you offer a warranty?

All our repairs are covered by a 12 month warranty against the parts that we have replaced.

Water damage service (all devices):

Our water damage service (£19.99) includes the disassembly and cleaning of the logic board. This is not necessarily the full price to repair the device although in some instances this alone will restore the device to fully working order.

If the device needs further parts after we have carried out the cleaning process you will be contacted with a quote for the work. If the device cannot be repaired even after this, the cleaning fee still applies.

What if you cannot repair my device?

We are confident that if you have booked the correct repair for your iPhone we will be able to repair it. If you book an iPhone repair but the fault is something else which cannot be repaired we will refund all your money apart from £19.99 which is our standard diagnostic charge. If you book our diagnostic service and your iPhone cannot be repaired or you choose to not proceed with the repair that is quoted the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.

I have a complaint:

We welcome all feedback and complaints; we do our best to put things right when they don't go to plan. If you are not happy with the service please use the contact form above including your order number and a description of the issue.

Full refurbishment service:

Our full refurbishment service for iPhones includes front screen, bezels and housings where applicable and internal components. It will restore your iPhone to it's original cosmetics condition. If there are any logic board faults present with the iPhone please contact us prior to booking the full refurbishment. It will also not necessary repair water damage - this would be an additional cost.
