We are confident that if you have booked the correct repair for your iPhone we will be able to repair it. If you book an iPhone repair but the fault is something else which cannot be repaired we will refund all your money apart from £19.99 which is our standard diagnostic charge. If you book our diagnostic service and your iPhone cannot be repaired or you choose to not proceed with the repair that is quoted the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.
