We operate a courier collection for all our repairs. If you book the courier collection your device will be collected from the shipping address – we will contact you beforehand to arrange a convenient time. The device will arrive with us 24 hours after it is collected.
We use interlink for our courier collections and if you provide us with a mobile number they will send a notification text with the time of the collection.
